Whatever you name them, the result is the same: a fast, healthy, grab-and-go snack filled with taste, nutrition, and energy-boosting components!

Prep time:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Freezing time: 2 hours (freezer)

Ingredients for the No-bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp ground flax (optional)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of Arbonne protein powder

  • 1 1/3 cups chocolate chips

  • A pinch of sea salt

Recipe:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate and sea salt until a cookie dough mixture forms.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls and place on a prepared cookie sheet.

  3. Place it in the freezer for about 20 minutes until stiff enough to dunk in chocolate.

  4. Melt the chocolate until smooth.

  5. Dip each ball, then return it to the cookie sheet.

  6. Put it back in the freezer for about 2 hours until firm.

  7. Store it in an airtight container.

Notes

For the peanut butter:

Choose creamy peanut butter (either smooth or chunky). Avoid natural peanut butter with oil separation; otherwise, the ratios will vary.

Oats:

Roll oats (gluten-free certified if applicable). Quick oats should also work; however, the texture may differ.
